Congratulations to Jenny Illidge and Magi Dilai on breaking the longest standing Conwy ascent record. Tina Parsons and Julie Fryers Ladies K2 record had stood since 1991.
Congratulations also to Carl Reynolds on setting a 12'6 class SUP record and getting pretty close to John Hibbards open class record. For those of you who don't know about SUP racing, this year it has been split into 2 classes, one for boards up to 12'6 and one for longer boards, so the Conwy ascent records now reflect this.

I have had an email from a fell running friend who found a paddling shoe as he was cycling through Dolgarrog on saturday evening.
If you had a right shoe, light blue, size 40, made by G&K on your roof when you started off but not when you got home, drop me your email and I will send you Craig's so you can contact him to arrange to get it back!.
